Damages / Losses: All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/remotes, fixtures and all fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded. This also includes excessive cleaning charges that may apply.
Maximum Occupancy: Persons must not exceed the number of beds available in the cabin, linen & towels are provided.
Personal Belongings: Discovery Lagoon Campsite takes no responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen goods. Remember to lock your vehicle and remove any valuables; parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check the cabin accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered.
Servicing: A weekly service is provided for guests staying for 7 days or longer in the cabins.
Smoking Policy: All buildings at Discovery Lagoon Campsite are non-smoking. By law smoking is prohibited inside or within 5 meters of any public buildings.
Behaviour of Guests & Visitors Policy: All guests must comply with Discovery Lagoon Campsite rules. Discovery Lagoon Campsite reserves the right to immediately evict any guest, visitor or member of the public for any anti-social behaviour, including but not limited to:
Speed Limits: For the safety of all guests, all roadways throughout Discovery Lagoon Campsite are subject to speed limits of 10km/ph & 5 km/ph in areas where children & pets are at play.
Visitors: Visitors are permitted, Discovery Lagoon Campsite reception must be advised of their details, car registration and site they are visiting, prior to arrival. A maximum of 2 visitors per reservation.
Wood Heater: Are permitted out of fire danger season, must be off the ground & all ashes disposed of in the metal bins supplied. Ashes must not be thrown on the ground. Firewood MUST be bought in, removing wood from the campsite or adjoining properties is not permitted anyone found doing so, will be asked to leave.

All accommodation on offer is only to be used for genuine short-term stays (typically holidays and/or business travel). By accepting a booking, guests confirm that they do not/ will not use the property as their principle place of residence. Stays in excess of 2 weeks require prior approval.

Generators: Generators are allowed on site and may be used between the hours of 8am – 8pm. They should not be used continuously, and every effort should be made to keep their use to a minimum wherever possible.
Dump Sites: The nearest brown waste dump site is at Brownlow 15 mins away. Guests MUST NOT dispose of brown waste down the toilets. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.

Please note that sites marked with a caravan icon are suitable for such vehicles as caravans, motorhomes & trailer-tents. The tent icons are suitable for tents, roof top tents, swags, cars & small vehicles.
Click on the site you would like to book, it will show you a photo of the site so you can see the surrounding vegetation, its approximate size, what type of vehicle it is suitable for i.e. caravan or tent.
Click on the availability button, note that any nights which are already booked will be blocked out in orange and you won’t be able to book them, all other grey areas are bookable.
Click on your arrival and departure dates the nights between will be highlighted as you click on them.
Complete the short form attached to the calendar and click complete booking. Please ensure you have entered all the correct details and there is a phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem.
An automated email will be delivered to your email in box with all the details of your requested booking for you to check, if you can’t see it immediately, check your junk folder as some email accounts will send all automated emails direct to the junk mail for security reasons.
There will be a link for you to return to your booking and make any amendments if you need to at any stage before you arrive on site.
There will also be a link to pay the non-refundable booking fee which secures your site. Failure to pay the booking fee will result in your booking being declined, so it’s important to pay it as soon as you book to avoid losing the site.
Once you have paid the booking fee, you will receive another automated email advising you that your booking has been approved.
All you need to do now, is look forward to your bush camping getaway!
