– To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
– If a guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, there will be a 50% refund
– If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund
– Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking
– For guests who don’t turn up, any future nights booked will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
